Our Estes Park Club day is spent enjoying the
day at the Climbing gym, Dick's Rock Museum and playing miniature
golf. (climbing is limited to the first 12 children.
On Our Western Pioneer Day learn how to take
care of a horse from a member of our Livery staff, then enjoy
a guided pony ride. We'll take a hike to the historic Enos Mills
Cabin and pan for gold and treasure in the lake.
Nature Wonders
See birds tagged and released by our local bird expert. We will
learn to track animals in the woods and make plaster molds of
their foot prints. Find your own walking stick along the way back
and decorate.
Exploring Nature
Today we take a nature hike through the woods stopping for a picnic
and out door crafts. We will have swimming in the afternoon. Don't
forget your sunscreen.
Aspen Lodge's Awareness of our Environment Day teaches us about
our environment, Forest Fires & how they affect our area.
Protect yourselves from the changing mountain weather. See how
both affect life in this fragile ecosystem.
In the Afternoon we will have our Native American Pow-Wow. After
face painting we head up to the teepee for outdoor games and learn
how to build a forest shelter.
SATURDAY and SUNDAY
The Children's Program is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Baby Sitting Optional
Teen Adventure Program
Teenagers can choose from a variety of activities such as mountain
bike riding, rock climbing or other adventurous activities. We
will provide staff and transportation. However, the teens will
need to pay for any equipment rentals or other fees. Note: parent
authorizations forms need to be signed by parents prior to activity
participation. You may pick up a form in Indian Peaks from the
hours of 8:00am -4:00pm or in the Lodge Dining Room anytime during
the day between Monday and Friday.
Campfire Program
We will hike to our tepee for twilight games. Cooking our own
dinner, s'mores and storytelling will all take place around the
campfire. This program is from 6:00pm to 9:00pm on Tuesdays and
Fridays, for kids 6 and older. Please make reservations in advance
for staffing & food preparation. Tuesdays may also be reserved
for a Kids Campout Night at the Teepee depending on the schedule.
Kids Corral
Our Kids Corral program was created for smaller children 3 years
through 5 years old with you, the parent, in mind. The corral
is open from 8:30am to 4:30pm and available on a drop off basis,
so leave your child for one hour or all day. Children must be
potty trained and are not allowed to go on the field trips with
the older children.
Baby-Sitting
Baby-sitting is available for children with a 24 hour advance
notice. Baby-sitting fees are $7 per hour for the first child
and $3 per hour for each additional child. A $10 fee will be charged
when a cancellation is made with less than 24 hour's notice.

Baby-sitting is available 7 days a week with 24 hour advance reservations.
The Children’s Program, Kids Corral and Campfire Program
is complimentary for our American Plan guests. For other guests,
the fee is $30 per child for a full day, $20 per child for a half
day, and $20 per child for the Campfire Program.
Registration:
Registration for the Children’s Program and Kids Corral
is at 8:30am in the Indian Peaks Room where the are dropped off.
Day care is available at 8:00am before the program starts. Call

Pick-Up:
Please pick up your child from the Children’s Program by
4:30pm and from the Children's Program Room A baby-sitting fee
of $7 will be charged for ever 15 minutes children remaining after
4:30pm.
NOTE:
Many of our activities are outdoors. Please make sure your child
has sunscreen on any exposed skin as it is easy to burn at this
elevation. Swimsuits & hiking boots advisable
Activities may be changed at the discrimination of the counselors
due to bad weather or children’s interests.
