Reunions and Family Gatherings
Aspen Lodge at Estes Park is a great
site for Family Reunions. Make your next reunion something
special. Experience the ambiance of Aspen Lodge. There's no better
place to relax, rejuvenate and get reacquainted! We play host
to several reunions each year. From 20 people to 150 people our
facility offers something for every age group. Horseback riding
to horseshoes, hiking to mountain biking and much more, your family
will enjoy their reunion.
With each family reunion, we offer a private family dinner. Depending
on the size of your family, you can choose from the mountain elegance
of our Longs Peak room, or have lots of family fun at our Barbecue
area with sand volleyball, horseshoes and swings for the little
ones.
Relax and enjoy being together while we take care of your family.
All meals are included, so that no one has to slave in the kitchen,
except our chef. The children in the family will enjoy the Children's
Program where they will do arts and crafts, play games and even
make a Western Movie.

- sports center, sauna, weight room, paddle boats, kayaks, row
boats, tennis courts, outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, racquetball
courts, horseshoes, fishing, and a sand volleyball court.
Many recreational activities - scenic van tours,
guided nature hikes, fly fishing demonstrations, Haywagon rides,
stocked lake for fishing.
18% service Charge already included on all food service.
While not included in our package rate, don't
forget to try our extensive horseback riding program!
Any guests joining the reunion, but choosing to lodge elsewhere,
will be charged a day rate.
Three night minimum stay required for weekends throughout summer.
Rates subject to 3.70% tax plus a 1% local funding fee and an
18% service charge (Not a gratuity)

Taxes, Gratuities and Payment Methods
We have not included an automatic gratuity for guides, wranglers
or any activity included in your stay. We have included a service
charge for your food portion in your family reunion. We do hope
that you will remember the fine service you have received. We
accept MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, Discover, Travelers Checks,
Personal Checks, and Cash. State and local taxes and fees are
3.7% plus a 1% local funding fee. Taxes are in addition to the
rates posted above.
Advance Deposits: Cancellations:
2 deposits are required of 25% percent each to confirm a reservation
for your Family Reunion on a master billing. This is a deposit
that will be applied towards the balance of your bill and is refundable
in full when canceled 90 or more days prior to scheduled arrival.
Unconfirmed reservations can be cancelled at any time by Aspen
Lodge in order to make room for confirmed guests.
Individual pay family reunions require the entire
stay of a minimum of 5 family members as the initial deposit.
The deposit taken from each reserving will be a minimum of 50%
upon reservation. This is a deposit that will be applied towards
the balance of each individual's bill and is refundable in full
when canceled 90 or more days prior to scheduled arrival. Individual
pay family reunions will have cut off dates for booking.
Sorry, no pets allowed, and Smoking is
not permitted indoors.
