Location: Just minutes west of I-75, Exit 309, an hour north of
Tampa airport. located on 10 acres of trees and grassy meadow.
A mile of pasture, cows, horses and trees lie between the highway
gate and Cypress House. You are welcome to hike this area. If
you’re lucky you’ll get to see some of our deer, sandhill
crane, bobcat, eagle, or wild turkey.

Lodging
5 cabins. cabin one consist of double bed, private bath, next cabin
has twin beds, private bath one step out of room door, third cabin
is furnished with Queen bed, private bath in room, lounge area with
sofa,
TV and video player, small fridge and microwave. Forth cabin has
King bed, private bath in room, sofa, Direct TV (satellite) and
video player and the fifth cabin consist of Queen bed, private bath
in room, sofa, TV and video player; living room of equal size with
3 sofas, 2 square tables, chest of drawers with bedding for 3 children.
Medium refrigerator and microwave. Door onto 10x15 deck with charcoal
grill. Outdoor table, chairs, and rockers.
Recreation
Trailrides with beautiful scenery through
a nearby rural enclave with curving roads, grassy verges and overhanging
live oak trees and no traffic. Ride takes from 1.5 to 2 hours. Traffic
is light, so there is no danger to the inexperienced rider. Ride
leaves directly from the stable. Nobelton ride,
A 2 to 4 hour ride in a nearby community park which has several
horse trails winding through the area woods.A restaurant/carryout
along with restrooms are close at hand. This is a nice ride for
the family or inexperienced rider. Withlachoochee Forest
Rides, Horses are trailered to the nearby Withlachoochee
State Forest. Many scenic trails can be taken for 2 or up to 6 hour
long rides through the forest. Sink holes to cactus, deer to armadillos
can be seen durning the rides. No restrooms are available in the
forest. A lunch break can be provided by circling back to the trailer
to obtain refreshments. Trails are scenic but not rugged. They are
adequate for the novice to experienced rider. Days can be spent
exploring all the trails on both sides of the river.
Business and meetings
Rates: $60 or $70 per night, depending on number of nights and room
amenities selected.Includes Satellite TV, private bath, phone line
for laptop computer, fax machine and copier, video libary and full
breakfast at guests' preferred time.
Corporate Retreat for Team building and project
development. 5 - 6 people, single occupancy or 7 - 10 people, double
occupancy. Increase Self-awareness, Partnership skills and Team
building techniques on horseback and paddling canoes. 3 days 2 nights
- $380 per person Includes use of total property, 3 meals per day,
horses, canoe trip, tax and wrangler tip. Professional horseman
and former business executive will lead the daily horse activities.
