A. Rates 2004 Season
All prices include tips. The New Mexico sales tax of presently 5,6875%
will be added. Changes may occur at our discretion.
Arrangement rates
The prices below are per person and cover lodging, all meals, non-alcoholic
beverages and horseback riding.

The rates for non-riders will be reduced by US $ 40 per day or US

Off-Season Cabin Rental
From December 1 - February 29, the cabins are available to guests
who would like to do their own cooking. For details and availability
please contact us. The rates are as follows:

Payment
Your reservation will be considered firm only after the advance
payment of 25% of the total arrangement price has been charged to
your credit card (VISA or Master Card). The balance is due on arrival
day and may be paid by credit card or cash.
No payback possible for services not used.
Cancellations
Advance payments will be paid back less an administration fee of
US $ 100.00, provided the cancellation takes place more than 45
days prior to the planned arrival date. In case of cancellations
less than 45 days prior to arrival date, the advance payment will
not be paid back, but can be credited toward a stay at a later date.
Operating season
Bluewater Canyon Ranch’s guest season lasts from March 15
through November 15. On request we are prepared to accept groups
of at least two persons during the off-season period. However, during
that time we are unable to guarantee the full program. In such a
case, please enquire with us about conditions and possibilities.
Arrival/Departure
Weekly arrangements usually last from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in
is at 3 PM or later, checkout at 1 PM. These times may vary for
guests that use the pick up- or return transport service.
Children
The minimum age for riding guests is 12 years.
Weight limit
Guests weighing more than 240 lbs/110 kgs cannot participate in
horseback riding.
Pets
Unfortunately, we cannot allow any pets.
Use of Communication Equipment
Telephones and Dataports are installed in our cabins. You can either
charge your long distance and oversea calls to your credit card
or calling card or acquire a phone card from us. Cellphones don’t
work on the ranch. In case of an emergency you may use the ranch’s
equipment to send fax or E-mail messages..
Liability
We do not accept any responsibility for riding accidents or injuries
of any kind, damages, theft, etc. Therefore, we suggest that you
ensure that the coverage of your personal insurance policies is
sufficient. This applies especially to your medical-/accident insurance,
liability- and other insurance such as for example annulment insurance.
Prior to participation at any of the ranch activities we require
that guests sign a liability waiver.
